Trail Cap Atlantic Specifics
Day 1 : Arrival in Marrakech
– Pick up at the airport, transport to the Kashba (1 h), welcome drinks
– Meeting with the team and the motorcycles
– Final formalities such as checking the contracts and payments
– Allotment of your cycles and inventory
– Dinner and night at the Kashba
Day 2 : Start of expedition Atlantic …. (213 km)
213 km of varied tracks; the first part is very hilly and takes us to the foothills of the High Atlas, then narrow trails on the mountainside lead from valley to valley, through some exciting mountain passes, exceptional panoramas and emotions guaranteed. During the long descent we come into regions of red earth and maquis, the trails to the hotel get more and more technical. Dinner at the hotel will be well earned.
Day 3 : Scrubland and holm oaks … 157 km
157 km of trails through Mediterranean landscapes, white rocks and limestone tracks winding through hills and valleys, then the mountains appear and wadis widen up, the tracks sometimes high up and then again down at the bottom of a canyon take us to the ocean and to dinner at our hotel.
The various faces of the Atlantic Coast … 126 km
126 km of Ocean side … from hillside trails to the dunes around small colourful coves, the itinerary follows the coast and offers superb vistas on the Atlantic. Late this morning, a sprint on the beach takes us to lunch consisting of a fish meal. Beach in the afternoon : as many dunes as you may wish and vast stretches of sand. A small loop through holm oaks and a rapid track to tonight’s guest house with dinner.
Day 5 : An eventful day … 248 km
The tracks are beautiful, large and well drawn, winding along the hills, then it gets narrower and steeper, there are more rocks around … We end up descending into a vast and fertile plain and riding through scrublands. The last part reminds of the desert and has a touch of Ralley Expedition, high alertness is needed…. Dinner at the hotel in the centre of Marrakech.

Late this morning, a sprint on the beach takes us to lunch consisting of a fish meal. Beach in the afternoon : vast stretches of sand and some dunes before driving through the coastal forests to our meeting point and the end of the expedition.
Return by mini bus to dinner and hotel in the centre of Marrakech.
